What a listing here does and does not mean.

• A listing is not an endorsement, recommendation, referral, or warranty by KYE Protocol™ or its operators. We do not certify the soundness of any consultant's deliverables, the accuracy of their advice, or their fitness for your engagement.
• Listing requires KYE Consultant Certification™ (current, unrevoked) plus a signed Expert Wall™ review history. The certification attests to KYE Protocol™ fluency only — not to general consulting competence, jurisdictional licensure, or sectoral suitability.
• Ranking is signal-only. Inputs: signed Expert Wall reviews, signed client-anonymized assurance cards, certification tier, recency. Pay-to-rank is constitutionally forbidden (constitution §26).
• Your procurement obligations are unchanged. Run your standard due-diligence (regulatory licences, insurance, SoW, references, sanctions screening, conflict checks) as if no marketplace existed. The marketplace is a discovery surface, not a compliance shortcut.
• Disputes are between you and the consultant directly. KYE™ is not a party to your engagement and does not arbitrate quality, timeliness, or fee disputes. Confirmed protocol misconduct triggers revocation of the consultant's certification (publicly auditable).
• Data the consultant accesses on your tenant is governed by your Purpose Permission™ bindings, not by the marketplace listing. Every action they take is cryptographically attested back to them — signed, replayable, and visible in your evidence ledger.
