KYE Sector Pack Foundry · research-publishing track

Publishing Authority Track — productise governed research into published authority.

The publisher of authority, and the authority for publishing. The KYE Publishing Authority Track is the research-publishing specialisation of the KYE Sector Pack Foundry — a track inside the one Foundry, not a separate foundry. It productises governed AI research into published authority through the KYE Governed Research Rail evidence pipeline: every claim resolves to a cited, pinned public source, the evidence pack is sealed, and the published report is replay-verifiable from published keys alone. KYE governs actions and authorities, not outcomes, diagnoses, or results — the Track makes a research claim’s provenance provable, never its conclusions warranted.

Who this is for

Strong research participants — institutions whose authority is their reputation.

The Track is open to participants whose published research carries institutional weight. Games and trade-book publishing are explicitly out of scope — this is a governed-research line, not a general publishing house.

  • Universities and academic departments. Peer-reviewed research that needs an evidence-governed, replay-verifiable publication channel for AI-governance findings.
  • Research institutes and labs. Applied-research teams turning empirical findings into cited, defensible published authority.
  • Think-tanks. Policy-research bodies whose influence depends on every claim being traceable to a public source.
  • Standards bodies. Organisations whose published guidance must be auditable and provenance-complete by design.
  • Academic press. Scholarly publishers adopting a governed evidence pipeline for AI-governance titles.
Why a research institution co-authors here

Authority you can prove — every claim cited, pinned, sealed, and verifiable.

  • No claim without a cited source. Every published claim resolves to a public source pinned into the sealed evidence pack. This is the KYE Governed Research Rail Veracity rule — the no-hallucination gate, applied to research.
  • Sealed, replay-verifiable editions. Each edition is signed over the published JWKS; a reader verifies the seal from public keys alone, with no vendor cooperation required.
  • One render, many targets. The same governed edition renders to web, email, and PDF through the canonical deterministic-render machinery — the Track ships no parallel renderer.
  • Provenance, not warranties. KYE governs the authority and provenance of a research action, never the outcome it asserts. The Track makes how a claim was established provable; it never represents KYE as warranting a result, diagnosis, or outcome.
  • Co-branded distribution. Build and Venture tiers carry a co-authored byline and a KYE-Powered Pack badge once the coverage attestation certifies that every claim is pinned.
How productisation works

The 8-stage governed-research pipeline — from topic to verifiable edition.

Every co-authored edition flows through the same eight stages, bound to canonical KYE Protocol envelopes — no parallel surfaces, no bespoke shapes per participant.

  1. 1 — Topic selection. A planned cell of the report matrix (series × format × sector × audience × cadence) is registered — never the pre-generated combinatorial space.
  2. 2 — Gather. Sources are fetched through governed retrieval and each is pinned as evidence at the moment it is read.
  3. 3 — Synthesize. The edition is drafted under the no-hallucination gate: every claim maps to a pinned source. Unsourced claims are refused before they ship.
  4. 4 — Evidence pack. The cited sources assemble into a sealed evidence pack backing every claim in the edition.
  5. 5 — Seal. The edition envelope is signed over the published JWKS, making it replay-verifiable.
  6. 6 — Render. One render produces web, email, and PDF targets through the canonical deterministic-render machinery.
  7. 7 — Distribute. The edition publishes to the governed library and subscription channels; free and paid tiers are governed by the same evidence gate.
  8. 8 — Verify. A public-key footer points any reader at the published keys; the seal verifies offline against the trust JWKS.
Three tiers

Scout · Build · Venture — the same Foundry ladder, applied to research.

The Track rides the canonical KYE Sector Pack Foundry three-tier ladder. Productisation is qualification-gated and disclosed under NDA to qualified applicants.

TierWhat happensSKU
Scout2–4 week assessment of a research thesis, dataset, or methodology against the governed-research productisation contract. Outputs a thesis-fit memo and a Build-tier conversion proposal.KYE-FOUNDRY-RESEARCH-SCOUT
Build12–16 week co-authoring of one governed edition through the 8-stage pipeline, with coverage attestation and KYE-Powered Pack badge issuance.KYE-FOUNDRY-RESEARCH-BUILD
VentureMulti-edition, co-branded engagement with a published roadmap, time-boxed performance-gated exclusivity, and quarterly attestation cadence.KYE-FOUNDRY-RESEARCH-VENTURE

All tiers are contact-for-pricing, closed-registration, and value-based per §26 closed-registration discipline. The exact contracted rate is private under the Partner Disclosure Boundary.

Apply via the Foundry
